We ate here at the weekend before going to a gig in the 3 Arena, it was early enough - around 5pm and town was really busy but we got a table without waiting more than 5 minutes. I have to say that service was really slow, despite the restaurant not being full, we were waiting a while to give our orders and get drinks but the food came really quickly. We were waiting a good while to get the bill as well. The food itself, we both had pizza, was really lovely and authentic Italian so we would definitely go back for the food for a full evening meal. It was reasonably priced as well, considering it's location right along the quays in the centre of town.

We walked in for dinner for two at 7pm, and we got a table no problem. Firstly, charging 50c for "filtered" tap water is a bit silly and it tasted no different. Starters were average but our main course orders were both wrong and cold. Tomato sauce was watery and bland, and for a restaurant to not have chicken on the menu is ridiculous!!! Staff were hostile when I sent the order back. Overall the food was bland & plain, and the service was terrible. Needless to say, we wont be back!

was there with a friend and her child for an early dinner (around 6.45/7pm). service was good, nice and polite waitress/waiter. we took two pizzas and a pasta dish plus drinks. a bit disappointing that the pizza came out way smaller than the prior time I was there (lunch time 2 weeks earlier with 2 friends of mine). almost 15e for what it appeared as a 12inches pizza (comparison made with the child's 10inch pizza and difference was very slight). we asked for extra parmigiano cheese - a little unusual a portion not left at the table upon request. a waiter actually comes over and put some cheese on your dish and then walks away. It would be nice to have direct access to as much cheese as you like at a restaurant. but apart from these 2 downsides.... all good.

Dinner with the inlaws there, 4 ppl+drinks and dessert less than €100, great taste and great value. I asked waiter for vegan pizza and got a de-lish one, everyone else cleaned their plates and dessert went down a treat. When you go, get waiter Orlando Bloom lookalike from Sicily! I left him a tip but I reckon his boss kept it :-( and buon appetito!

I Love Wallaces :-) we normally go to the winebar next door, but some of our group wanted a pizza this time. I had pasta with monkfish, which was beautiful. The girls said the pizza was amazing too,

I was having my birthday dinner with 10 friends.
Our 2 waiters were very nice and helpful, participating in the atmosphere.
It was not the 1st time nor the last...

Very nice restaurant and a very good deal today: Buy a bottle of wine and get a free pizza. You can choose any pizza off the menu, so a great deal. The waitress was wonderful and very accommodating.

Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves here last night. The free pizza with every bottle of wine on Mondays & Tuesday is a great way to get people eating out at the beginning of the week. Pizza, Wine, Chats, what more do you want?
