Ate using a voucher. Great food with excellent service in a bright airy warm atmosphere. I would both return to and recommend this eatery.

Unbelievable value! Bought a voucher 2 mains, 2 sides & tea of coffee for €19, my partner upgraded to a bone in ribeye for an extra €8...... Well worth it! Delicious & perfectly cooked steak, I had pasta with prawns in a tomato cream sauce .... Also very tasty ..... Portions here are big! A couple beside us asked for a doggie bag, no problem whatsoever ..... Staff friendly & efficent .... Only tip is try to get a table on the bar side for a better atmosphere. Great pub grub, perfect for a midweek dinner a few pints and the Euros on the big screen.

Food was fantastic. Both had steak and it was perfect. Staff were lovely. Went before a show in Bord Gais and would recommend it. It was a little quiet when we were there, but was getting busy when we were leaving. Definitely recommend it. More expensive than other places, but I think it's worth it.

Went in the best evening. Ordered a super food salad with chicken. Presentation was very bad with the fried chicken breasts x 2 just put on top of the salad. Not sliced. The salad had massive florets of broccoli, very long string beans and whole tomatoes. It looked like a grocery bag if vegetables! And certainly not a salad. Is someone in the kitchen too lazy to slice the salad items ?. It was also drowned in dressing with about 1cm of dressing sitting in the bowl and the leaves saturated. I was very disappointed. I sent it back. I was charged for it but not for the coffee.

We returned to the harbourmaster restaurantand bar and we're extremely pleased with everything and as we had such a good time we rate it as one off Dublin's top places to eat. We really enjoyed everything and will be back.

On our first time to visit the Harbourmaster Restaurant and Bar we had a great meal and thought that the atmosphere was really great as it was just beside the bar which we liked as there was a really big crowd there and most importantly the steaks were good. We would recommend this place to others for sure and thought the location really nice, quiet and quaint. We would go back!
