Our party of two dined on a Friday evening, and had booked in advance. It was a little chilly at our seat near the window, but they closed the window and it was fine. Staff were friendly without being over the top. We had the Bruschette al pomodoro to share for starters which was nice, but pretty much the same standard as most establishments. For mains we shared the T-bone-Bistecca alla fiorentina for 2, which came with roast potatoes and salad. We also ordered a side of Brocoli al limone. The main course was very tasty and cooked perfectly medium-rare. We had a bottle of red wine, (can't remember the name, but it was good). With two coffees and a tip the bill was a bit under €100. Not cheap, but we didn't order particularly inexpensive mains, and the food was very good, especially the main course.

Good Italian restaurant with great wines. We shared a cold meat and cheeses as a starter and had the pasta special with speck for the main course. The tortelli were delicious but the portion sizes were ridiculously small! Four bits of pasta and I was still starving. The chocolate dessert was really good though and the wine superb. Good food overall but not great value for the price, especially considering the small portions.

I came here with friends. We double checked our reservation on the day due to a reservation being given away before. You might want to do the same to avoid disappointment. Because you will be disappointed if you miss out on the food. I went for the 3 courses for 26e (approx) It was all really, really good. My starter was the melanzane parmigiana, so good, followed by the risotto made with the red wine (I think). It's an interesting colour & the taste is amazing & just the right amount without being too heavy. The dessert was really mouth watering, a chocolate fondant with a scoop of simple vanilla ice cream. The outside was baked & the inside was gooey, just perfect. My friends enjoyed their meals equally & I know we will all return. Yum.
(It does get busy & there were people waiting on our table, but we knew that & tried not to linger. A mid week meal would be more relaxing.)

Came here with my girlfriend on Sunday evening. We both ate from early bird menu. Food was cooked perfectly. Service was quick and friendly. Only gripe was at end of the night after paying our bill the waitress did not come back with our change. Granted we would have been happy to leave the change (about 15% of total bill) as a tip but found it extremely rude that waitress never returned. It was also quite clear from her body language that she never intended to return. To summarise, lovely food, not so lovely waiting staff :(

I was planning to entertain guests from US, and stumbled upon a fantastic deal at this restaurant with Wine tasting and 7 course meal. It was such a memorable night. Our guests were so pleased with the evening that they revisted it again in the same week. Fantastic wine, atmosphere and food. 5 out of 5.

Made reservation in advance but when we arrived we were told some story about other customers who arrived that they had not expected. ...confirm your booking when you do go there. We did not get in.

We had been recommended Il Vicoletto on several occasions so had really been looking forward to trying it out.... We were not disappointed!! Visited for lunch and even though we were the only people there it didn't feel like we were lacking any atmosphere. Food was amazing with very generous portions. Will definitely be returning for dinner!

I'll start with the good - we went without a booking and were seated immediately (granted, the place was empty at the time - but still nice). Bread was brought over, drinks, too, almost immediately. The food was absolutely lovely, really good quality. Service really prompt. All going great - 5 star evening. Fast forward to the end. While I still had a full glass of wine in front of me (and contemplating another to top off a fantastic evening) the waitress just came over and plonked the bill on the table. We had not asked for the bill but the message was crystal clear - drink up and get out! So, so rude, given that we spent over €100 on a Wed night in the space of about an hour (that was the quick service!). I seen on a previous review that another person was also rushed out the door. Sad to say I will not be rushing back because of this (and only this!).

Booked the restaurant eight weeks in advance following a great experience. Extended the invitation to extended family for special occasion, asked at time of booking specifically to ensure we did not have to vacate the premises at a set time and we were ensured that we did not. Having had a great evening we gave a gratuity to a staff member who took the money and then told us we had to leave as he had another booking. Absolutely disappointed by this rude service. Will certainly never go back and will also ensure that the extended business given will cease.
