Exellent little Italian eatery, very central right in the heart of Georges St. My friend and I recently had lunch here, the pizzas are out of this world very authentic as was the coffee. The place was buzzing with a great atmosphere, will definately be back again soon.

Cosy cafe' in George St..I stopped there with a friend for an aperitif after work...just a spritz and some bruschetta...nice food, good value and nice atmosphere. I had pizza and platters there before, always good quality food.

On a rainy Saturday before a visit to a relative in hospital, husband and I decided to try and find somewhere nice for a bruschetta and glass of wine. We happened upon Caffe Amore. This is a lovely new Italian restaurant with a wonderful atmosphere and staff. We ordered mixed bruschetta and when we told them we were vegan they informed us they actually had vegan mozarella cheese, a real plus. Our bruschetta was beautifully presented on a platter, four pieces of mixed bruschettas, one with olives, one with tomato, one with vegan cheese and onions and another friend onion and mushroom piece. They were fantastic, abundant and succulent. The staff were so helpful. We will definitely return again for a pizza. This is on 3 levels in Georges Street op Hogans and is a real find. My only one quip which is the same for a lot of Dublin restaurants, wine way too expensive with house wine starting at 7 euro for a glass. You should be able to get a glass of house for a fiver. Great venue though. Will return very soon.

Good level of Italian food and nice atmosphere, but the service left a lot to desire.

They clearly forgot our second courses, and by other small details it was clear that the waiting staff is not really experienced.

Setbacks like those can be easily recovered with a small make-up treat (free coffee maybe?) but that wasn't the case.

Of course we left without leaving a tip.

The food is good, but there are truckloads of Italian restaurants now in Dublin, next time I'll go to one where food is good and the waiters know what they're doing.
