I had been here for lunch before and really enjoyed it. On this occasion we had brunch and I ordered the savoury french toast which comes with pulled pork, melted brie and bacon, and it was one of the best things I've ever eaten! The full Irish looked good too, it was huge. Service is great, coffee is good, and it's a lovely cosy place, can't recommend it highly enough. Can't wait to go back!

Very disorganised service, food not great either. we went there for early brunch and were left waiting for a long time. staff kept tripping on my chair. too many tables for a small place. eggs florentine on dried out muffins. coffee never arrived.

I love Bay and have been there many times; in fact this week I had a lovely lunch there, but I was a little disappointed with the food at dinner last night. Now first let me say it is fantastic value at 22 euro for 2 courses and you can order anything off the menu. My starter was lovely...pate...but my main course was a let down. I had ordered a goats cheese salad as I usually love goats cheese but this was extremely salty; it was also a very small dish...basically the goats cheese, a heap of rocket leaves, a tiny bit of beetroot and 2 pecan nuts. Not half as good as other meals I have eaten here....

Service and atmosphere were as usual very good.

We sat and a staff took a part of or drinks order before running off so we had to order more drinks from another staff as there was a few of us. The order was a bit disjointed.. Even though I mentioned I was vegetarian so to put the salmon that came with my meal, on a separate plate for someone else, twice, it seemed to go over their heads and my meal came with salmon. When I asked them to change it they were about just to take the salmon off and give me back the same plate... The food was grand when it came correctly in the end. When we paid with big notes and sat 10 minutes after with the staff passing us and cleaning the table, we did not receive our change. They presumed it was a tip. I think that should be up to us.

Always love to return to Bay. Great food and atmosphere. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Delighted that old favourites of Linguini and Calamari are back in the menu. Food is consistently good.
