Follow Restaurant
Al Boschetto is a well-established and very popular Italian restaurant based in the heart of Ballsbridge Dublin 4. With a capacity for 75 this restaurant is actually a lot bigger on the inside than it looks on the outside. Their interior is well laid out with some cosy booths and corners for the more romantic sitting.

The menu is quite impressive and offers a combination of traditional Italian cuisine with a few modern twists. Generous portions, creativity, attention to detail and of course sensational flavour are all attributes commonly associated with Al Boschetto’s food.

Went for pizza on a sat evening, had the italian board sas starter, massively huge and so tasty....we were almost full after that, we then had pizza and calzone, amazing, pizza was nicely cooked and topped perfectly, we would definitely be back.

As always the food was v nice however the service was awful.

There was a Big match on in the Rds but surely they are used to this by now. Staff were running around all flustered which led to a strange unsettled feeling in the place. We waited about 15mins after our meal to even get a menu for dessert and approx 15more mins before someone came to take an order and at this point it was too late so we left. Waiters were rushing past our table so we didn't even have a chance to call one over to make an order. They certainly avoided eye contact with anyone as they flustered around.

Food good and great value for money.Very nice staff who are efficient but not pushy.Didn't like house wine but that's a very personal thing anyway.

Very good service, child friendly, excellent pizzas, but a little on the expensive side. Dined early Sat evening, but restaurant was half full with good atmosphere. Will definitely go back.

The layout of the restaurant is not to my taste, but the food and service is good.
